Position : ENUMERATOR
Number of Personnel : 42
Status of Employment : Contract of Service Workers (COSW)
Project : 2024 Census of Population and Community-Based
Monitoring System (2024 POPCEN-CBMS)

Qualifications:
a. Preferably college graduate, or has completed at least second year college or Senior High School (SHS) graduate (For SHS graduate 15 to 17 years old, parental consent is required);
b. With good written and oral communication skills;
c. Computer literate, Knowledgeable in operating android devices (tablets) with proficiency in word processor and spreadsheet;
d. Preferably with experience and training in census/survey undertakings of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA);
e. With legible handwriting (preferably in printed capital letters);
f. Able to speak the local dialect;
g. Physically fit to do field work (if female, must not be pregnant);
h. Willing to do field work and be assigned to far flung areas in the Province of Iloilo;
i. With good moral character and with ability to deal with the public tactfully;
j. Preferably resident of the barangay/enumeration area (EA) or city/municipality when needed;
k. Willing to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays and beyond 5:00 p.m., if necessary;
l. Must not be enrolled in the current school year for senior high school graduate and/or second year college applicants
m. With no existing work contract with other offices/agencies; and
n. Not related up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommending officers and direct/immediate supervisors;
o. Must be fully vaccinated.

Qualifications:
a. Must be a college graduate;
b. Preferably a Tech-savvy person;
c. Resident of the assigned city/municipality;
d. Preferably with experience in training in census/survey undertakings of the PSA;
e. Preferably with supervisory background in census, survey or similar operations;
f. Computer literate, with knowledge in word processor, spreadsheet software and encoding;
g. Preferably knows how to use android mobile devices (tablets, smartphones);
h. With legible handwriting (preferably in printed capital letters);
i. Able to speak the local dialect;
j. Physically fit to do field work (if female, must not be pregnant);
k. Willing to do field work and willing to be assigned in any barangay especially in far flung areas;
l. With good moral character and with ability to deal with the public tactfully;
m. Willing to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays and beyond 5:00 p.m., if necessary;
n. With no existing work contract with other offices/agencies;
o. Not related up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommending officers and direct/immediate supervisors; and
p. Must be fully vaccinated of Covid-19 vaccine.
